📍 Address: 1834 (unit A) Oak Bay Avenue. Enter through the door on the righthand side of the building, up the stairs, and through the first door on your left. Once inside, please have a seat in the waiting area and I will come get you at your scheduled appointment time.

📆 Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is reserved just for you. To prevent gaps in the schedule that can’t be filled, 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are subject to the full treatment fee. Thank you for your understanding.

ℹ️ Pricing Update – Effective March 2026: Please note that updated pricing will take effect in March 2026 for select services. Acupuncture Initial treatments will be $150, Acupuncture Follow-up treatments will be $130, and Cosmetic Acupuncture Follow-up treatments will be $150. This update reflects both rising operating costs and a commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

Jessika is a warm, authentic and empathetic practitioner, who brings a wealth of lived experience into the treatment room.

In addition to general practice, Jessika’s true passion lies in supporting menstrual and hormonal wellness, nervous system regulation (stress / anxiety), addressing digestive concerns, and giving skin a glow-up through cosmetic acupuncture.

Jessika blends a holistic approach to health, alongside a gentle needling technique, to foster an environment where her patients can heal and thrive. Her belief is that when people thrive, they can contribute back to their communities in a meaningful way!

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking up a storm, collecting beach pebbles and exploring the many scenic trails that the south island has to offer.

Holding a Diploma of Acupuncture with high honours from Pacific Rim College, she is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
